Orchestra

“Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully with a shout of joy.” - Psalm 33:3 God has established worship as the priority for His people. He has said, “The most important thing is this . . . love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”

When the presence of God is manifested through the praises of His people, life-changing ministry often happens. Therefore, we take seriously God’s call upon our lives to be worship leaders. The Orchestra Ministry is comprised of believers who have been called by the Lord to lead His people to worship Him and who possess a medium to excellent proficiency on their instrument. An interview or an audition with the Associate Pastor of Worship is necessary before membership into the orchestra is granted.

The orchestra leads worship in the morning worship time, occasionally in the evening worship time, during special praise and worship events, and the Christmas Family Celebration. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays and begin in the sanctuary at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 6:30 p.m. Childcare is provided.
