Worship Choir

"...and He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God..." - Psalm 40:3

God has established worship as the priority for His people. He has said, “The most important thing is this . . . love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.”

When the presence of God is manifested through the praises of His people, life-changing ministry often happens. Therefore, we take seriously God’s call upon our lives to be worship leaders. The Worship Choir is comprised of believers who have been called by the Lord to lead His people to worship Him. There is no audition and the choir is always open to members and attenders at Southside. The choir leads worship in the morning worship time, occasionally in the evening worship time, during special praise and worship events, and the Christmas Family Celebration. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays and begin in the choir rehearsal room at 6:45 p.m. and conclude at 8:15 p.m. Childcare is provided.
